Message	Found this device [ www.dccontrol.com ] which can be used to regulated coolant temperature on an electric fan set up. It keeps the fan running at constant speed under same outside conditions to maintain a temperature so there is no cycling back and forth in a regular thermastat control. The fuel pump control is vary pump speed according to TPS value.
